About this tea
Daily is made for your everyday cup. Leaf from the second spring harvest gives a clean grassy taste with a light, fresh astringency. It works with water and in hot or iced lattes.
How to prepare
Sift 2 g of matcha into a bowl. Add 70 ml of water at 75 °C. Whisk in a zigzag for 20 seconds until a dense foam forms.
